Village West is the rental brand of TR Developers LLC, a locally owned development and property management company in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. We develop new-construction homes, including our growing 45-home community, and we rent and manage them ourselves.
Because we build, own, and manage under one roof, the quality you see when you tour a home is the same quality you live with after you move in. That is the whole idea: good homes, looked after by people who answer the phone.
Visiting the area first? Our furnished Airbnb at 2 Solis Court is a comfortable base near downtown Travelers Rest and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
