What you need before you start
The first page asks for three things about the home itself. If you cannot answer them yet, it is worth talking to us first so you are not paying a fee for the wrong address.
The address you are applying for
The application asks for a specific property address, not a floor plan name. If you have not been given one yet, ask us about availability first.
Your move-in date
The date you would want to take the home. An estimate is fine, and it does not lock you in.
The monthly rent
The rent for the home you were quoted. Starting rents for each model are published on our floor plan pages.
Not sure which home is available? Browse the floor plans or ask us what is opening up. There is no fee to ask.
How the application works

Fill out the questionnaire
About 15 minutes of background questions. Double check your answers as you go, because you cannot change the application once you submit it.

Sign the authorization
You electronically sign a Notice and Authorization form allowing Resident Research, LLC to verify what you entered and share the results with the property owner.

Pay the application fee
The $30 fee is charged at the very end by Resident Research, LLC, with any major credit card. Nothing is charged on this website.

Verification
An associate from Resident Research, LLC may contact you for anything they still need. Answering quickly is the single best way to keep your application moving.
About the fee
The $30 application fee is charged per applicant and is non‑refundable. It covers the background verification Resident Research, LLC runs on your behalf. Because it is per applicant rather than per household, two people applying together pay $60 in total. If you are not sure who in your household needs to apply, ask us before you pay.
If you get stuck partway through
Resident Research, LLC handles the form and the screening, so they are the fastest people to ask about a question inside the application. Reach them at 800-566-2320 or info@residentresearch.com. For anything about the home itself, the rent, or when a unit is opening up, come back to us.
