Our largest home, with six bedrooms and the most square footage in the community.

The Heritage is built for households that need space. At 2,689 square feet it is the largest home in our Travelers Rest community, with six bedrooms spread across two levels and a rare amount of room for the rental market.

The main level keeps the kitchen, dining, and living open and connected, with durable luxury vinyl plank flooring and a one-car attached garage. Upstairs the bedrooms are well sized for big families, multi-generational living, or roommates who each want their own room, all close to downtown Travelers Rest and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
